Domaine des Crès Ricards is located approximately 35 km West
of Montpellier, near the towns of Saint André de Sangonis and Clermont l’Hérault, on the outskirts of the village of Ceyras. It is in the heart of the Coteaux du Languedoc appellation, in the Terrasses du Larzac sub-region.
The soil at the Domaine des Crès Ricards consists of alluvial terraces dating from the first Quaternary period, with a high pebble content, composed of round stones (galets roulés). Syrah (Shiraz), Grenache, Carignan, Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon, Alicante, Marselan and Chardonnay thrive in this ideal site and sunny climate.
Our vine cultivation practices are respectful of the environment and designed to obtain yields that will give us the quality we are striving for in our wines.
Our grapes are hand-picked and sorted by hand.
Our vinification, maturation and blending methods have only one aim: to produce the kind of elegant wines we love and that we hope you will enjoy too.

Le Domaine des Crès Ricards est situé à environ 35 Km à l'ouest de Montpellier, près de Saint André de Sangonis et de Clermont l'Hérault, sur le territoire de la commune de Ceyras, au cœur de l'appellation Coteaux du Languedoc (Terrasses du Larzac).
Sous le soleil de notre belle région, ce terroir de terrasses alluviales de l'ère quaternaire présentant une forte charge caillouteuse constituée de galets roulés est un lieu privilégié où s'épanouissent syrah, grenache, carignan, merlot, cabernet sauvignon, alicante, marselan et chardonnay.
Les vignes sont conduites dans un souci de respect de l'environnement et dans le but d'obtenir des rendements en adéquation avec le niveau de qualité souhaité pour nos vins.
Nous réalisons manuellement la vendange ainsi que le tri des raisins.
Nos méthodes de vinification, d'élevage et d'assemblage n'ont qu'un objectif : l'élaboration de vins élégants et fins tels que nous les aimons et qui, nous l'espérons, vous plairont.
