Here's some food for thought. What if we were to define a list of unmet business problems (challenges) and needs that SMEs (small and medium businesses) are struggling with and provide solutions to those problems? The idea is to approach a problem with an open mind and as much data as possible, and engage others to help solve it. I'm sure based upon your business experience there are some instances that come to mind almost instantly. By sharing the problems and putting the creative process to work, we can come up with and possibly improve
upon solutions that are relevant in the business environment. Once the problem is defined and the solution found, we can start to document and built an invaluable knowledgebase to help others.
