My name is Brandon White. I am 24 years old and I am a senior at West Virginia University. I am a personal trainer certified through AFAA. I have been working out for about 6 years now and I love the fitness industry. I began college in 2003 and weighed 145 pounds when I enrolled at Potomac State College (Keyser, WV). I was always thin and lean and participated in multiple sports, however after my first semester of my freshman year, I had gained 45 pounds. After feeling down about myself for a short period of time, I decided to do something about it. After my junior year, I was 180 pounds, but only 9% body fat. I committed myself to diet and exercise. If I can do it, I know that it is something that anyone with a desire to better their life can do. |
