You know how some people get promoted to management positions because they have done such a great job as a staff employee. But, they always struggle to find the management competencies to effectively support and direct the work of others. They then become frustrated, because they were so good at their previous jobs, but know nothing about coaching and leading people. What I do is teach leadership and management coaching along with management and leadership core competencies so that they can truly become valued corporate/business leaders, they can enjoy their promotion and run smooth, effective and efficient organizations focused on supporting and developing others.
