Spiralling is owned and run by Nicola Kelsall and is based in Nottinghamshire in the East Midlands. Nicola is a fully qualified teacher with a degree in World Religion and has been teaching meditation to teenagers for around seven years. She has also taught yoga to pre-school children. Nicola is currently training with the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) and will qualify as a Sound Therapist in 2008. She is currently able to give tuning forks treatments and is seeking case studies for drum and gong treatments. Please see the Sound Therapy page for more details. Spiralling regularly exhibits at Mind, Body and Spirit events throughout the East Midlands.
