Made to an exceptionally high standard with the finest of technology, the PER3 Deluxe Light Therapy Lamp combines a light therapy lamp, a body clock with built in digital alarm clock and a daylight reading lamp in one! So you can wake up to the rising sun, just like in summer time, and then have your light therapy dose first thing in the morning while you relax in bed. You can program your desired waking time and enjoy the gradual natural wake up of a natural dawn light as it gets slowly brighter and brighter. It has applied the latest research to the particular cycle of dawn too, so that it phases up, pauses, then increases at just the right speed to give you the best therapeautic benefit. To ensure that you are fully awake, at the end of the cycle, it will make a soft buzz. It also has a snooze feature, which will also re-awaken you with a buzz. Once awake, you can position the unique swivel head to face you and enjoy your light therapy dose first thing to set you up for the day. It can also be used at night time as a great reading lamp- you can have it at exactly the brightness that you prefer as it is fully adjustable and dimmable. It is much kinder to your eyes than regular reading lamps as it uses glare free daylight rendered LED bulbs, which stay cool, use only a tenth of the power of normal bulbs yet are ten times brighter and never need replacing.
